Palermo
Prosciutto bruschetta with caprese salad, grilled tomatoes, pasta filata cheese and basil pesto.
MAIN COURSES
Parque Patricios
Grilled bife de chorizo (typical Argentinian meat cut) steak served alongside a smoky potato and green onion. Accompanied with traditional Argentine sauces: chimichurri and criolla sauce.
Almagro
Chicken roll stuffed with roasted peppers, mozzarella and ham with green onion cream and kabutia puree on the side.
Nueva Pompeya
Braised pork shoulder with beer sauce and brown sugar, accompanied by mashed and caramelized sweet potato.
Barracas
Penne rigate with pomodoro sauce and fresh basil.
